These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all business relationships between Dgfsghjjj GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") and the user (hereinafter "User") in the version valid at the time of ordering. Deviating conditions of the User are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

The Provider offers information and consulting services regarding regional development opportunities and funding programs. The specific services are defined in the respective service descriptions. The Provider reserves the right to change or expand the service offering at any time.

Newsletter registration is voluntary. By registering, you agree to receive regular information about regional funding programs and events. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email or by notifying us.

The User agrees to: • Provide truthful information • Keep access data confidential • Not misuse the website • Not transmit illegal content • Comply with applicable laws

The Provider is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to foreseeable, typical contract damages. Liability for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin, provided the User is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law.
